About the Role

Epiroc is looking for a strategic, commercially driven Business Line Manager to lead our Rock Drilling Tools and Ground Support Businesses in Mexico.

This role is critical to driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership while building a strong, safe, and high‑performing organization aligned with Epiroc’s values and long‑term strategy.

 

Mission: You will own the full business agenda—from strategy and financial performance to people leadership, customer partnerships, and market development—  with clear accountability for the divisional results Year Over Year   

 

What You Will Do: 

Lead Safety, People & Sustainability

  • Champion a zero‑accident safety culture, embedding proactive safety behaviors across the organization.
  • Act as a visible role model for Epiroc’s values, ethics, and Code of Conduct.
  • Support sustainability ambitions, including COe reduction, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Build an engaged, motivated, and diverse team, contributing to Epiroc’s long‑term talent pipeline.

 

Drive Business Growth & Financial Performance

  • Deliver consistent revenue growth above market, aligned with divisional targets.
  • Own P\&L performance, ensuring profitability through price discipline, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Actively manage cash flow, inventory, receivables, and working capital.
  • Lead the integration and performance acceleration of acquired businesses and contribute to future M\&A opportunities.

Shape Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for Rock Drilling Tools and Ground Support Businesses in Mexico.
  • Translate market insights into clear commercial priorities and product strategies.
  • Strengthen market intelligence and competitor analysis as a daily management discipline.
  • Optimize product mix, discount governance, and promotional activities to maximize value creation.

Customer & Sales Excellence

  • Build and sustain long‑term strategic partnerships with key mining and industrial customers.
  • Ensure customers and prospects are effectively covered through direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Lead Must‑Win Deals, ensuring disciplined execution and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Strengthen sales capability through coaching, training, and application competence development.
  • Drive structured go‑to‑market (DS/IDS) and time‑to‑market initiatives to unlock new growth areas.

Build a High‑Performing Organization

  • Create a lean, agile organization that adapts to market cycles.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance follow‑up routines.
  • Coach and develop future leaders, enabling career progression within Epiroc.
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and efficient business processes.

 What We’re Looking For

• Senior leadership experience in industrial, mining, or civil construction businesses, with a minimum of 10 years in senior or comparable leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and market share in technical or industrial environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience in pricing, contracts, margins, and working capital management.
• Inspirational people leader with demonstrated experience leading technical and/or commercial teams and influencing across functions.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
• High integrity and strong alignment with values-driven leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Mining, Geology, or related field).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken
