About the Role

Epiroc is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Line Manager to lead the Rock Drilling Tools and Ground Support businesses in Mexico.

This executive role is accountable for profitable growth, market leadership, customer partnerships, and organizational performance.

 

Mission: Lead the business strategy, financial performance, people agenda, and operational execution to deliver sustainable year-over-year results.

 

Key Executive Responsibilities

Lead Safety, People & Sustainability

  • Champion a zero-accident safety culture and act as a role model for Epiroc’s values and Code of Conduct.
  • Advance sustainability priorities, including CO₂e reduction, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Build an engaged, diverse, and high-performing organization with a strong leadership pipeline.

 

Drive Business Growth & Financial Performance

  • Deliver profitable revenue growth aligned with divisional targets.
  • Own P&L, pricing discipline, cost efficiency, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Accelerate performance of acquired businesses and support future M&A opportunities.

 

Shape Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for Rock Drilling Tools and Ground Support in Mexico.
  • Translate market insights into commercial priorities and product strategies.
  • Strengthen market intelligence, product mix, discount governance, and value creation.

 

Customer & Sales Excellence

  • Build strategic partnerships with key mining and industrial customers.
  • Ensure effective market coverage through direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Lead Must-Win Deals with disciplined execution and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strengthen sales capability and go-to-market execution.

 

Build a HighPerforming Organization

  • Build a lean, agile organization with clear objectives, KPIs, and performance routines.
  • Develop future leaders and strengthen succession readiness.
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and efficient business processes.

 

Executive Profile

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in industrial, mining, or civil construction businesses.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategy, profitable growth, market share, and operational execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, contracts, margins, and working capital.
  • Senior leadership presence with experience influencing teams, functions, regions, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, hands-on execution, high integrity, and values-driven leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
