About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Business Line Manager to lead our Surface Division business in Mexico.
This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening market presence, maximizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across the division. The successful candidate will lead business strategy, customer engagement, sales execution, financial performance, and people development while positioning Epiroc as the preferred partner in the surface mining market.

What You Will Do
Drive Business Growth & Market Leadership
• Develop and execute the Surface Division growth strategy in Mexico.
• Identify new business opportunities, key projects, fleet replacement opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to strengthen Epiroc’s market position.
• Increase market share through disciplined sales execution and customer development.
Financial & Business Management
• Own and manage the Surface Division P&L.
• Monitor business performance and proactively implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Drive profitability through pricing optimization, cost control, and operational excellence.
• Ensure achievement of annual business plans, KPIs, and financial objectives.
• Improve Market Contribution (MACO) through effective territory management and commercial execution.
Customer & Commercial Excellence
• Build long-term relationships with strategic mining customers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure excellent territory coverage and customer support through collaboration with Sales and Service teams.
• Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Deliver value-driven solutions that improve customer productivity and satisfaction.
Leadership & Organizational Development
• Develop and lead a high-performance team focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop future leaders while strengthening the talent pipeline.
• Foster a culture aligned with Epiroc’s values and safety standards.
• Promote inclusion, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Operational Excellence
• Strengthen business intelligence capabilities and market visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and other Business Lines.
• Ensure efficient business processes and effective execution across all commercial activities.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mining, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership, business management, sales management, or business line management roles.
• Strong experience managing P&L responsibilities and business performance.
• Proven track record driving growth in mining, construction, heavy equipment, industrial, or related sectors.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills.
• Experience developing strategic customer relationships and leading commercial teams.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as required.
