Compensation Manager – North & South America (NASA)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Compensation Manager to lead compensation programs across the North & South America region (NASA). This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, business leaders, and Global Compensation teams to ensure our compensation philosophy supports business objectives while maintaining external competitiveness and internal equity.
This position offers the opportunity to influence regional compensation strategy, drive process improvements, and lead key compensation initiatives across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional Compensation programs across North and South America.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related decisions.
- Manage salary structures, market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual compensation review processes.
- Support promotions, salary adjustments, organizational changes, and incentive programs.
- Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Lead regional compensation projects focused on process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze compensation trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Lead and develop the Compensation Specialist while promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Total Rewards.
- Experience supporting multiple countries within a regional or global organization.
- Strong expertise in:
- Compensation Strategy
- Salary Structures
- Market Benchmarking
- Job Evaluation
- Annual Merit Review
- Incentive Programs
- Pay Equity
- Experience leading compensation transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and HRIS experience (SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience leading or mentoring compensation professionals is highly desirable.
- Advanced English is required.
- Professional Spanish is highly desirable and strongly preferred, as this role partners extensively with stakeholders across Latin America.
- French and/or Portuguese are considered an asset.
