Learning & Development Coordinator

At Epiroc, we believe that continuous learning is a key driver of individual and business success. We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator who is passionate about learning, technology, and employee development to support our regional HR organization.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring an excellent learning experience for employees across the region by coordinating training activities, managing learning platforms, supporting digital learning initiatives, and partnering closely with HR teams to deliver impactful development solutions.
What you will do

Coordinate and maintain learning offerings within the MyLearning platform.

Manage registrations, attendance tracking, and administration of learning activities.

Provide day-to-day support related to learning systems and processes.

Assign training programs according to business and employee needs.

Generate and support learning analytics and reporting.

Support communication and engagement initiatives related to learning programs.

Digitize training content using Easy Generator and other learning technologies.

Promote the adoption of global learning tools such as MyLearning and LinkedIn Learning.

Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Regional Center of Excellence.
What we are looking for
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related fields.

1–2 years of experience supporting Learning & Development, Training Administration, HR Operations, or related areas.

Strong interest in learning technologies, reporting, and digital tools.

Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or HR platforms is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Portuguese is considered a strong advantage.
