Join Our Team as Order Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Zacatecas.
The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be an official resource for the Mexico Order Fulfillment Team based. This position will be responsible for Supply Chain related tasks such as Shipped In Full On Time analysis, open order reporting to customers, expediting where available and working with regional and global colleagues to resolve late orders and order issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare Shipped In Full On Time (SIFOT) reports and complete analysis to determine root causes on misses.
- Prepare and distribute open order reports to all impacted stakeholders which requires researching the status of all open orders, expected ship dates, expediting where available and additional pertinent information.
- Coordinate with internal suppliers and colleagues for order inquiries, expedites and issue resolution including entering ACIGN tickets
- Expedite customer orders at customers request and wherever possible
- Participate in customer collaboration meetings
- Comply with the organization's people management, environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards
- Perform special studies and carry out special assignments, as required by lead and/or supervisor, determined by business needs
- Maintain good image of the Company and build good relations with internal/external customers in handling their queries, complaints, etc.
Requirements
- Bacherlors degree completed in logistics or related areas.
- At least three years of experience performing analytical tasks within a supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel (Moderate to Advanced level) and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized
- English/Spanish bilingual is required
