Mission:
Your mission will be to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of audit services related to travel expenses and petty cash for entities across the Americas, with the support of the Regional Center of Excellence.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Approximately 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Experience in a Center of Excellence or Shared Services environment is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (intermediate to advanced level)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, M3, BPCS, among others); experience with BlackLine and/or Cashbook is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Match payments with outstanding invoices
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations
- Identify and correct discrepancies
- Manage intercompany invoicing
- Audit travel expense reports
- Perform accounting reconciliations
- Support the implementation of process and tool improvements within Accounts Receivable
- Participate in projects within the Regional Accounts Receivable Center of Excellence team
- Contribute to effective communication with stakeholders across the region and relevant parts of the global organization
