A key focus of this role will be leading the implementation and transformation of payroll systems across LATAM, coordinating country-specific requirements, data readiness, testing, integrations, and deployment in partnership with local HR teams, Finance, IT, global teams, and external payroll providers.

* Manage and develop a team of 4–5 Payroll & HR Administration Specialists.
* Partner with payroll vendors and local HR teams to validate payroll calculations, statutory requirements, and reporting.
* Oversee HR administration processes, employee data integrity, and HR systems.
* Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, global teams, and external vendors on payroll integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support payroll reporting, audits, tax administration, forecasting, and regional compliance.

What we’re looking for

* Bachelor’s degree in Accountant, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5–7+ years of experience in Payroll and HR Administration, ideally in regional or multi-country roles.
* Strong hands-on experience managing payroll processes across multiple LATAM countries.
* Experience leading or actively participating in payroll system implementations, migrations, or payroll transformation projects across multiple countries.
* Experience managing payroll vendors, HRIS/payroll platforms, integrations, controls, and compliance.
* Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder-management, and continuous-improvement skills.
* Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese is highly desirable.

What This Role Offers You

Beyond the responsibilities of the position, this role gives you the opportunity to grow in a truly regional, collaborative, and multicultural environment.

* Work closely with teams and stakeholders across different LATAM countries.
* Collaborate with colleagues in Brazil, giving you the opportunity to practice your Portuguese or start learning it through company-sponsored Portuguese classes.
* Experience a Swedish-rooted company culture that values trust, openness, collaboration, and teamwork.
* Broaden your regional perspective by working with different cultures, ideas, and ways of thinking.
* Join a team where strong analytical and numerical skills are important, but so are curiosity, an open mindset, collaboration, and the willingness to learn from others.
