Mission
The Payroll & HR Admin Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of payroll and Time & Attendance services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across processes. This role contributes to maintaining high-quality payroll operations, data integrity, and alignment with global, regional, and local standards, supporting overall business performance.
The ideal candidate has:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll roles.
- In payroll processes and Time & Attendance systems. HR administrative operations are a plus.
- Understanding labor laws, payroll compliance, and accounting principles related to compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Microsoft Excel at advanced level.
- Working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of data analytics and agile methodologies.
- Payroll implementation, HR process digitalization and/or automation initiatives is an advantage.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced in Excel
- ERP preferred
- Implementation phase: support and localization are a Plus.
- Responsible for Pay roll at different countries in LATAM.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Portuguese proficiency is highly preferred
Your responsibilities will be:
- Support the implementation, development and maintenance of standardized, efficient, and compliant payroll and HR administration processes.
- Coordinate with external providers (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance, tax, social security, pension, and relocation vendors) to ensure accurate and timely delivery service.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory reporting requirements related to Payroll and HR administration.
- Maintain high data quality standards across processes and systems, ensuring alignment with global and local procedures.
- Manage regional and local HR systems (e.g., Time & Attendance, payroll systems), including participation in system implementations, upgrades, and changes.
- Support and execute projects within payroll and HR administration, including development of training materials and processing documentation.
- Monitor payroll and Time & Attendance processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service levels.
- Provide support to employees and managers by resolving payroll and HR administration inquiries.
- Act as a backup to Payroll & HR Administrator roles as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, digitalization, and adoption of agile ways of working.
- Promote data-driven and standardized Payroll and HR practices aligned with organizational guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR operating model and related processes within the region.
- Collaborate with HR teams across local, regional, and global levels to ensure alignment and consistency (OneHR approach).
