Mission: The mission of the PtP LATAM Analyst is to ensure the seamless execution of Purchase to Pay processes across the LATAM region by integrating an additional country into the Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE) 

The ideal candidate has:

A successful candidate for the PtP LATAM Analyst role must demonstrate strong functional knowledge of PtP subprocesses and ERP systems such as M3, iScala, BPCS, EINS, Narancia, Readsoft, Lotus, and ePayables.

Experience in invoice processing, payment proposals, intercompany reconciliation, and aging resolution is essential.

The role requires problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and customer orientation as core soft skills.

Candidates should have regional exposure, ideally across countries like Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Panama, and be comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

English medium is required, and Portuguese is a plus

Your responsibilities will be:

The PtP LATAM Analyst is responsible for processing and validating invoices, preparing payment proposals, managing intercompany reconciliations, and resolving aging issues across the region.

The role includes monitoring KPIs, supporting audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely payments and compliance.

 Additionally, the analyst contributes to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging ERP systems and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency throughout LATAM.
