Are you passionate about Accounts Payable, Purchase to Pay, and process improvement?

Join our Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE) in Mexico City as our next Purchase to Pay (PtP) Analyst. In this role, you will support the Colombian operation while collaborating with stakeholders across the LATAM region.

Mission

The mission of the Purchase to Pay (PtP) Analyst is to ensure the accurate and timely execution of end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes, supporting the Colombian business from our Regional Center of Excellence in Mexico while contributing to process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across LATAM.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable and Purchase-to-Pay activities, including invoice processing, validation, and posting.
  • Execute payment proposals and support supplier and employee payments.
  • Manage supplier inquiries, statement reconciliations, payment status requests, and issue resolution.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accrual validations, and reporting.
  • Monitor invoice workflows, approval follow-up, exception handling, and backlog management to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax requirements, internal controls, and segregation of duties.
  • Partner with Procurement, Treasury, Controlling, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Participate in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving regional Purchase to Pay performance targets.

The ideal candidate has

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase to Pay, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment execution, month-end close, and financial controls.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, M3, Oracle, or similar.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English.
  • Experience in Shared Service Centers or multinational organizations is highly desirable.
