Tu misión: 

Garantizar el registro oportuno y preciso de las facturas de proveedores y agentes aduanales, así como la correcta conciliación de las cuentas por pagar

 

¿Cuáles son mis principales responsabilidades?

  • Registro de facturas de proveedores y agentes aduanales, conciliaciones de cuentas por pagar (AP) y apoyo al Especialista de Procure-to-Pay (PtP).

El candidato ideal para esta posición:

  • Estudiantes de Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o afines. 
  • Manejo de Excel (intermedio -  avanzado)
  • Inglés - intermedio
  • Conocimiento en facturación electrónica (deseable)
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas de lunes a vienes de 08:00 a 13:00 en Polanco, CDMX
