Your Mission:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting the right resources in line with our business strategy and core values. You work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals in the Americas region to understand staffing needs and ensure a great candidate experience while ensuring diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the recruitment process all the way from needs analysis to sourcing, selection and pre-boarding, in line with Epiroc global policies and in close collaboration with operational HR and managers.
- Secure an excellent candidate experience promoting our employee value proposition.
- Use sourcing methods and tools to bring great candidates into the processes.
- Proactively build the talent pipeline by using online channels (ex. social platforms and professional networks).
- Secure an excellent pre-boarding of new employees in line with regional needs.
- Continuously analyze and improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.
- Be a role model for data-driven ways of working.
- Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally, and globally.
- Actively contribute to the development of the HR RCoE.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (internal or external), especially recruiting for Brazil and other countries in LATAM.
- Strong communication skills in English (Advanced), Spanish (Advanced) and Portuguese (Advanced), French is desirable.
- Recruitment experience in Shared Services, Center of Excellence is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and websites (ex. LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, …)
- Experience in digitalization and automation of HR processes.
- Knowledge of conducting different types of interview techniques (ex. structured, competency-based, and behavioral).
- Experience building relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (Desirable)
- Strong self-management skills, motivation, and ability to contribute to development, with experience from working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation, service, and detail-oriented.
