Mission

Lead and coordinate global offering implementation initiatives and large-scale digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment across multiple brands, regions, and business functions, while enabling efficient execution of ERP and e-commerce solutions.

The ideal candidate has:

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading complex IT and business transformation programs.
• Proven track record in ERP implementation and integration (SAP, Oracle, M3, or similar).
• Strong experience delivering e-commerce platforms and digital customer solutions.
• Experience working in multi-brand, global, and matrix organizations.
• Experience integrating acquired companies and harmonizing capabilities.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong business and commercial acumen with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Solid understanding of product portfolio management and global offering strategy.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead and coordinate three core workstreams related to global offering implementation.
• Drive business implementation strategies across multi-brand environments.
• Define and execute product selection and portfolio strategies.
• Integrate competitive advantages from acquired companies into global offerings.
• Translate business strategies into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure successful delivery of ERP and e-commerce programs.
• Manage stakeholders across business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across initiatives.
• Drive governance, reporting, and executive communication with clear KPIs.
• Promote best practices in program and project management.
