Epiroc’s Attachments Division (ATD) is seeking a dedicated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our equipment rental sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with National and Independent Equipment Rental Companies in the assigned territory. This role focuses on selling our non-contractual product lines to Rental Companies, maximizing revenue opportunities, and strengthening our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealer or rental sales, a deep understanding of the construction equipment industry, as well as a customer and results-driven approach to account management.

Responsibilities:
Rental Equipment Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow non-contractual product sales within the Equipment Rental Business Channel.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Build strong relationships with Independent & National Equipment Rental Customers, sales teams, and key decision-makers.
Account & Territory Management:
- Manage all sales activities within the assigned Western US territory, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
- Conduct regular branch/location visits to drive sales, provide product training, and address challenges.
Revenue & Sales Growth:
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive account management and solution-based selling.
- Implement pricing strategies and sales incentives to maximize revenue.
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and competitive market trends.
Product & Market Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's hydraulic attachment tools and competitive products.
- Provide technical guidance and application support to dealers to enhance product adoption.
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights to internal teams for product and strategy development.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the Director of Sales, Rental Channel, to align regional sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to execute Equipment Rental programs and promotions.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on customer needs, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within the designated territory.
Knowledge/Education:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, territory management, or business development within the construction equipment rental or OEM industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through dealer networks or equipment rental channels.
- Prior experience with hydraulic attachment tools or related heavy equipment is preferred.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Skills and Abilities:
- Skilled in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with effective presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently in a remote environment
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $85,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards
