Join our Team as a Regional Business Manager - West at Epiroc!

Epiroc’s Attachments Division (ATD) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. This role you will play a key role in maximizing market penetration and profitability across the Region. This position requires strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and the ability to manage Dealer partners and key accounts. You will directly contribute to the division’s goals and objectives by driving local strategies, working cross-departmentally, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in driving sales, controlling costs, and highlighting the value and capabilities of our products while identifying opportunities to promote new sales. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and all brands, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

 

Work Type (Remote): This remote position is open to U.S.-based candidates, specifically those located in the Western region—ideally in California..  This role is not eligible for immigration or work visa sponsorship. 

 

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow contractual product sales within the dealer network.

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, and key decision-makers.


Accounts & Territory Management:

• Manage all sales activities within the assigned Western US territory, ensuring consistent dealer engagement and support.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to drive sales, provide product training, and address challenges.
• Collaborate with dealers to implement promotional programs and sales initiatives.


Revenue & Sales Growth:

• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive account management and solution-based selling.
• Implement pricing strategies and sales incentives to maximize revenue.
• Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and competitive market trends.


Product & Market Expertise:

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's hydraulic attachment tools, industrial tools and competitive products.
• Provide sales guidance and application support to dealers to enhance product adoption.
• Gather market intelligence and provide insights to internal teams for product and strategy development.


Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the Director, Dealer Sales —Western US to align regional sales strategies with overall company objectives.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to execute dealer programs and promotions.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on dealer needs, opportunities, and competitive activities.

 

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $70,000 and $95,000 annually with additional commission opportunities, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.

 

Knowledge/Education:

  • Minimum 5 years of directly related business and/or sales/project management experience, preferably in the construction or industrial sales sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM Salesforce.
  • Energetic, personable, and able to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in Dealer sales, territory management, or business development within the construction equipment or OEM industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through dealer networks.
  • Experience with hydraulic attachment tools or related heavy equipment preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote role.

 

Work Environment: This is a remote, field-based position that requires frequent travel. The role includes visits to customer sites, trade shows, and rental yards, which may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction environments, and operating machinery. Compliance with safety protocols and use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.  This position requires significant travel (air travel and vehicles up to 75%), including weekends and overnight stays, to deliver exceptional service and support to our partners/customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for leadership, strategic thinking, and delivering results.
