Join Our Team as a Warehouse Attendant at Epiroc!

This role involves executing customer order fulfillment, which includes accurately picking products from specified inventory locations, securely packaging items, and preparing shipments for delivery.  The position is physically active an demands a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Work Type: This position will be based onsite at our Milwaukie, OR facility. Position frequently works in the open environment, exposure to hot/cold outside temperatures. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship.  

 

Shift Timings:  1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Pull and deliver parts for Assembly, Manufacturing and Shipping.
  • Keep Warehouse Barn clean and organized.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely to load/unload freight.
  • Keep forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment operational and clean.
  • Maintain inventory records and update in ERP system & Barn
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing storage areas and loading/unloading trucks. 

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.

Knowledge/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics (preferably in a manufacturing setting).
  • Must be certified or willing to be trained and certified in forklift operation.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Thrives in team-oriented environments and actively contributes to internal initiatives.

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with effective organizational abilities.
  • Basic math and computer skills (e.g., shipping software, inventory systems).
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 60 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
