Join Our Team as a Order Fulfillment Specialist at Epiroc!
The Order Fulfillment Specialist serves as a key resource for the Canadian Order Fulfillment Team. This role manages supply chain activities, including analyzing open order reports and supply chain data, providing order updates to customers, identifying opportunities to expedite orders, identifying delays, and collaborating with regional and global colleagues to resolve order fulfillment issues.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive company image by building strong relationships with internal and external customers while handling inquiries, complaints, and other related matters.
- Recognize and respond to client’s needs by gathering and analyzing relevant data to support calculated decision making, while improving supply chain efficiency and documenting trends.
- Prepare recommendations and optimize data results where possible to improve delivery expectations.
- Create and distribute open order reports to all impacted stakeholders. Reports will include: SIFOT, status of all open orders, expected ship dates, expedites where available, and additional pertinent information.
- Coordinate with internal suppliers and colleagues to address order inquiries, expedite requests, and resolve issues, including submitting internal support tickets as required.
- Order management of assigned customer accounts including order follow-up and order investigation.Expedite customer orders at customers request and whenever possible.
- Lead and contribute to internal and external customer collaboration meetings, developing and presenting creative visual materials to support discussions.
- Manage customer requests and inquiries through phone, email, and Service Cloud cases, including challenging situations, while maintaining a courteous and professional approach.
- Comply with the organization’s people management, environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards.
- Perform special duties and carry out special assignments, as required by lead and/or supervisor, determined by business needs.
Knowledge/Education:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or order management within a fast paced operational environment is required; experience in mining, construction, or industrial sectors is an asset.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and demonstrated knowledge that shows the ability to succeed in the role.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail paired with strategic thinking.
- Customer centricity, focus with troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills.
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Tech savvy; comfortable navigating multiple company software systems and utilizing hardware with ease.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with BI tools and data visualization or scripts to automate is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into actions.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.
