Regional Applications Expert NASA - Drilling & Bolting

 

Responsibilties:

 

Develop added value for customers via applications and product expertise.

Develop profitable market share for Epiroc via supporting and guiding customers for successful mining and construction operations. Support customers to improve their profitability levels via best practices in mining and construction applications.

Develop relationships with selected major accounts and support customers with Epiroc solutions available.

Support local sales teams in selling solutions for customer added value.

Other duties as necessary

 

Skills:

 

•    Understanding and developing solutions for customer applications to add value to customers.
•    Lead and conduct application studies for customers for existing operations or green fields
•    Showcase value for customer from selecting right solutions for application in case
•    Provide product expertise to local team
•    Building competences locally in CCs for applications studies and support
•    Share best practices with divisional and CC application teams.
•    Engage actively early to feasibility studies for opening green field projects. 
•    Engage with consulting companies who provide feasibility studies.
•    Showcase value for customers from application studies for overall value chain.
•    Feedback to Customer Solutions team from customer needs and application requirements currently and in future foreseen development.
•    Follow up key customer feedback related to offering.
•    Support one Epiroc approach for selected customer application cases.


EXPERIENCE
•    5+ years in underground mining OEM or mining house
•    5+ years in global mining market
•    Proven record from application expertise converted to sales with key customers
