Your Mission:
As Regional Process Specialist, your key mission is to support the Regional Supply Chain Organization with process expertise. This includes deep diving into processes to achieve continuous improvements. It also includes being a process expert to facilitate rolling out e.g. M3, TMS, & WMS. Once these systems have been rolled out, your task is to ensure the process adherence in the regional organization.
As a Regional Process Specialist, you will act as the link between the Global Process Specialists and the Regional users. This means providing concrete feedback on processes and provide improvement suggestions to the global team. It also means providing training and support to the regional user teams.
In this role, the focus will be on improving the processes, not just fixing the individual items behind the problem.
The key responsibilities and activity areas:
- Work with the requirements on template development and improvements: analyze, solution and document according to program requirements
- Validate business benefit of the change/ improvement
- Work with BKUs (Business key users) to align requirements between the sites, if applicable and work cross functionally (with other streams) to secure cross functional fit
- Work with technical team to support development, testing and deployment
- Support BKU community: how to questions, development of the training material
Within roll-out:
- Mapping roll out at site and identify existing process fit towards template
- Identify, document and solution GAPs
- Configure template according to site requirements
- Work with technical teams: data migration, consultant, cutover, integrations, extensibility
- Support BKUs with training, execution of SIT (system integration test) and UAT (user acceptance test)
- Support change management
- Play active role during go live and hypercare period
- Work as team player with implementation team
Other responsibilities:
- Serve as a Change Agent coach across all Epiroc divisions and external stakeholders
- Communicate relatively complex analyses and concepts into "Everyday" framework with a “dare to think new” approach
- Take a process approach to continuous improvement with proven lean methodology's (such as DMAIC, ISO, Total Quality Management, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, Six sigma, etc.)
- Develop and facilitate learning exercises, experiments and workshops
- Access, analyze, transform and maintain data from multiple enterprise systems (such as SharePoint, BPCS, M3, etc.)
- Develop management systems components, including policies and procedures and visual management system tools (such as Dashboards, Process Control Charts, Value Stream Maps, Kanban, Pulse Boards, etc.)
- Develop, maintain and audit SOPs and Ways of Working to be more efficient and effective
- Ensure that local project /strategy aligns with Corporate long-term goals and Epiroc Way
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of Supply Chain Experience.
- Documented expertise with ERP or planning systems.
- Play active role in implementation of best practices and continuous improvements
- Operational Supply Chain Management experience
- ERP experience, preferably Infor M3, IBM BPCS, SAP, or Scala
- Experience in Warehouse management systems and transport management is a plus
- Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen experience is highly preferred
- High level of computer proficiency, experience working in MS office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
Knowledge
- Senior level knowledge of supply chain Planning systems or ERPs
- Senior level knowledge of Inbound or Warehouse processes in Infor M3 is preferred
- Programming skills is a plus (like SQL)
- Fluent in English. Other languages may be an advantage.
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred; extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Note: This position is open for our offices in Canada (Mississauga, ON), United States (Allen, TX) and Mexico (Calera, Zacatecas).

Expected compensation range in Ontario, Canada: 95,912.00 - 120,000 CAD.
