Your Mission:
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, legal, and SHEQ standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well organised work environment
- Build and manage a strong client relationship while upholding Epiroc policies and agreements
- Deliver high quality service and manage costs, budgets, and accurate invoicing
- Lead, coach, and manage labour performance, ethics, and variable compensation
- Control and account for stock, machines, tools, vehicles, and site equipment
- Maintain accurate machine data, drive continuous improvement, and support machine assembly/commissioning
- Facilitate regular site meetings and handle additional tasks aligned with “The Epiroc Way
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of mining/drilling equipment; experience with Epiroc equipment is highly advantageous
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated managerial skills and experience managing and motivating teams from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated expertise in repair, assembly, rebuilding, and commissioning of mining machinery
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing maintenance teams and vendor-managed inventory and service operations is considered highly beneficial.
