Mission of the program:
To offer a learning environment where trainees can apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges, develop crucial professional skills, and gain practical experience in their chosen field, preparing them for future career success.
Your mission:
- Assist with projects: Work alongside team members on various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Provide administrative support: Handle clerical duties, such as answering phones, managing documents, scheduling, and data entry.
- Attend meetings: Take notes and contribute to discussions in team and client meetings.
- Create content: Assist in drafting written materials, presentations, and reports, or help manage social media accounts.
- Learn company operations: Familiarize yourself with all aspects of the business, including products, services, and internal software systems.
- Collaborate with teams: Work effectively with colleagues from different departments and with other interns.
- Contribute ideas: Provide valuable insights and offer suggestions for process improvements
Your Profile:
- Educational standing: Must be a current student or recent graduate (within one year of graduation) in any of the below related degree programs:
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- Finance
- HR
- Eagerness to learn: A motivated and proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn about the company and its industry.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate idea and interact with colleagues.
- Adaptability: The ability to work on different projects and be flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Organization and time management: Strong skills in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Technical proficiency: Experience with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively and positively with a team.
