- together with our HR Analytics Specialist. Translate workforce data into action dashboards, analysing trends, and driving evidence-based decisions
- Serve as the HR systems and processes expert, providing clarity, solutions, and best practice across the division.
- Equip and enable managers and HR colleagues worldwide through training, resources, and global network alignment.
- Champion the Epiroc Way — embedding our values and culture into everyday practices.
Who you are
You are a strategist, problem-solver, and trusted advisor who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment. You bring:
- A university degree in HR, business, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in an HRBP or equivalent role, ideally with global scope.
- Strong analytical and project leadership skills — with a talent for spotting patterns and opportunities.
- Digital fluency with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- The ability to work independently with pace and precision while building strong relationships at all levels.
What’s in it for you
This is a rare opportunity to have direct impact at a divisional level in a truly global company. You’ll join a culture built on Collaboration, Commitment, and Innovation, with the freedom to design solutions, the trust to make decisions, and the exposure to grow into even bigger roles.
Location: Stockholm or EMEA
