At Epiroc, we believe in driving change—safely, sustainably, and together. As a Divisional SHEQ & Sustainability Specialist within our ATD division, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we embed sustainability and safety into everything we do.
Your mission
In this global role, you’ll support the Divisional SHEQ Manager in developing and implementing our Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (SHEQ) strategy. From reporting and audits to driving continuous improvement, your work will help us meet today’s standards—and prepare for tomorrow’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve divisional reporting processes, including CSRD and ICSR compliance.
- Ensure quality and consistency in SHEQ reporting—monthly, quarterly, and against targets.
- Collaborate across operations, supply chain, and R&D to integrate sustainability into our core.
- Support KPI owners with analysis and target setting.
- Monitor and enhance our management systems and audit performance.
- Run divisional programs and projects related to SHEQ and sustainability.
- Educate and support teams across the division globally on SHEQ requirements.
Your profile
To succeed in this role we believe you’re passionate about sustainability and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. With strong analytical and project management skills, you’re comfortable navigating digital tools and crafting clear, impactful reports. Your collaborative nature and effective communication help you engage confidently across all levels of the organization. You bring natural curiosity, maturity, and a strong sense of ownership. You’re comfortable working independently, yet thrive in a setting where communication is key.
Other requirements:
- A university degree in sustainability, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a sustainability-related role.
- Knowledge of SHEQ systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001) and relevant legislation.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to adapt to various types of software management systems
- Technical report writing
- Experience with internal auditing and incident investigation is a plus.

Location and travel
This position is located in Stockholm, but other locations in Sweden close to Epiroc offices may be considered. Occasional global travel is expected in the role.
