As the Divisional SHEQ Manager for our ATD division, you will define and develop how we embed sustainability and safety into everything we do.
Your mission
As SHEQ Manager you will have full ownership of divisional SHEQ and sustainability strategy and implementation. You will develop and implement our Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (SHEQ) strategy in collaboration with our global teams. Our division is production heavy, with more than half of our employees working from the factory floor. Ensuring everyone comes home safe is our highest priority. From reporting and audits to driving continuous improvement and training, your work will help us meet today’s standards and prepare for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the divisional overall SHEQ & sustainability strategy alongside divisional KPI owners and in alignment with business strategy and Epiroc SHEQ strategy.
- Drive the roadmap with divisional key initiatives needed to reach targets.
- Coordinate the SHEQ KPI’s in the division target setting process.
- Follow up on the overall divisional SHEQ and Sustainability reporting, analyze performance and initiate needed improvements.
- Maintain a strong global network with Business Line and local SHEQ managers and ensure best practices and learnings sharing across entities.
- Secure a strong and highly efficient division Management System in compliance with ISO standards, including certification, internal audits and applications.
- Represent the division in Epiroc SHEQ council, support common activities & programs
- Collaborate across operations, supply chain, and R&D to integrate sustainability into our core.
- Educate and support teams across the division globally on SHEQ requirements.

Other requirements:
- A university degree in sustainability, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a sustainability-related role.
- Previous management experience
- Knowledge of SHEQ systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001) and relevant legislation.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Confidence with software management systems
- Technical report writing
- Experience with internal auditing and incident investigation is a plus.

Location and travel
This position is located in Stockholm, but other locations close to Epiroc offices globally may be considered. Occasional global travel is expected in the role.
