We are building the future of our customer experience through a next-generation e-commerce and digital sales channel. To support this exciting transformation, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Specialist to join our global team and contribute to the successful roll-out and adoption of our new e-commerce platform.
In this role, you will partner with local customer centers and global cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain, to help implement, optimize, and grow our digital sales channel across multiple regions.
You will bring people together, coordinate activities, support successful change management, and help ensure that business needs are translated into solutions that create value for our customers and business.

Mission
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, track key milestones, and proactively address any issues that may delay the implementation process.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for the global e-commerce roll-out.
Coordinate efforts across multiple teams including IT, marketing, sales, supply chain, and customer service to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the platform launch.
Act as the primary point of contact for local and global stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, action items, and status reports, ensuring transparency and consistency in project execution.
Drive training for internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth platform adoption across regions.
Collect business requirements and translate them into technical developments. Drive roll-out and enhancement of new features. Follow online performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to accelerate growth.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, e-commerce, digital business, or related roles.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, preferably in an international environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, systems integration, and software deployment is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations in a structured way.
Experience supporting the implementation of new solutions and helping organizations adopt and grow new capabilities.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent knowledge of English.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive and solution-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions, cultures, and regions.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Location
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
For the right candidate, we are open to considering another location within one of Epiroc's sites.
