Target:
This project aims to explore the factors that influence the implementation and long-term sustainability of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) as a new management framework within a global industrial group.
Background:
In response to Epiroc's strategic ambition to enhance organizational alignment, transparency, and agility, the company has recently decided to implement the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework across its operations. This decision marks a significant shift in how performance and strategic priorities are communicated and executed throughout the organization.
Mission:
Your mission in this project will be to explore the factors that influence the implementation and long-term sustainability of the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework within Epiroc, following its recent decision to adopt OKRs as a strategic management tool. This includes analyzing the initial rollout phase, identifying success factors and challenges, and understanding differences in adoption across divisions.
This project will be considered a success when it provides actionable insights that help Epiroc improve its OKR implementation, foster stronger alignment and transparency, and support a sustainable integration of the framework across the organization.
Qualification:
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of strategic management frameworks
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with qualitative research methods
