Are you ready?

Join us as we accelerate the transformation!

We are driving one of Epiroc’s most business‑critical digital programs — reshaping global digital sales, e‑commerce capabilities, and the way our Customer Centers engage with customers worldwide. As our new Program Lead Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in delivery, financial stewardship, and cross‑functional coordination within a fast‑moving, high‑performance team.

Join our team

Join a highly engaged, high‑performing group working across Marketing, Technology, Operations and Finance. The team is responsible for transforming digital sales flows across 35+ legal entities, multiple ERPs, and a truly global customer base.

This is an ambitious environment where we commit, we deliver, and we take pride in demonstrating clear financial value from digital investments.

Your mission

In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our digital sales transformation program, ensuring that timelines, budgets, communication, and stakeholder alignment are all consistently in place. You will be the “glue” of the program — bringing together strong technical, marketing, operational and financial perspectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate a large, multi‑track transformation program spanning marketing, operational, technical and financial streams.
  • Oversee full program governance including scope, risk management, timeline control, and documentation (charters, RAID, RACI, change control).
  • Drive financial management of an 80 MSEK annual budget, including forecasting, cost control, benefits realization and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Translate digital performance and program investments into financial value — articulating cost, ROI, and business impact.
  • Coordinate with sourcing teams to onboard and manage external partners, ensuring processes are followed and resource needs are met.
  • Navigate a complex landscape of multiple ERPs, digital channels and international stakeholders across several divisions.
  • Produce clear, concise communication materials — including presentations and reports — for C-suite, division heads, and global stakeholders.

Your profile

You are a structured and driven program leader with a solid background in finance and the ability to bring clarity into complexity. You balance strong analytical skills with an empathetic, collaborative approach that enables you to work effectively with diverse personalities and expert profiles.

We believe you have:

  • A collaborative, calm personality with ability to unite stakeholders and navigate high‑pressure environments with confidence.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect digital initiatives to business value.
  • Experience in large‑scale program or project management, preferably within digital transformation, digital sales, or e‑commerce environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-track delivery with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, consultants and internal teams in a structured way.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certifications are a plus.

Location and other

This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden, however, other Epiroc offices across Europe can be considered.

Occasional travel may occur depending on project activities.
