We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Talent Specialist to join our Group Talent, Learning & Change team and play a key role in shaping the future of our global talent landscape. Your Mission
In this role, you will manage end-to-end executive and senior-level recruitment processes globally, delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You will source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, gaining a deep understanding of their capabilities, potential, and the unique value they can bring to Epiroc.
You will also create inclusive and engaging job advertisements, prepare high-quality recruitment documentation, candidate evaluations, and assessment reports, and manage psychometric and other assessment tools as part of selection and development processes.
Beyond recruitment, you will proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and strategically important roles while leveraging talent and recruitment data to provide insights that support informed decision-making.
Working closely with stakeholders across functions, divisions, and geographies, you will contribute to strengthening organizational capability and culture.
You will facilitate and support Talent Review, partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain key talent, and monitor development actions to ensure long-term talent sustainability.
In addition, you will promote internal mobility and career development opportunities, contribute talent insights to workforce and capability discussions, and help identify and address emerging talent risks.
Through your collaborative approach, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement, you will ensure talent processes, tools, and data support effective decision-making while helping Epiroc build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for the future.
Your Profile
You are an experienced talent professional who combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for people and organizational development.
You enjoy building trusted relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and creating talent solutions that drive business success.
To succeed in this role, you bring more than 5 years of Executive Search experience within an international organization, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
You have experience supporting leaders in talent management, succession planning, and development initiatives, as well as strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
You are comfortable working in international, multicultural, and matrix organizations and have a proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and executive management teams.
You also bring knowledge and practical experience of psychometric and psychological assessment tools, complemented by strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into meaningful actions and recommendations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills enable you to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. In addition, you hold a university degree or equivalent qualification and are fluent in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Location and travel
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
For the right candidate, we are open to considering another location within one of Epiroc's sites.
