Join our team
Group Treasury serves as Epiroc’s center of excellence for financial risk and cash management. Our team ensures the Group’s external funding and proactively manages financial risks, while also supporting the business in currency risk, funding, and cash management.
You will be part of a collaborative and skilled team that values diverse perspectives and continuous learning. We encourage new ideas and innovative thinking, reflecting our mission to “Dare to think new.” With approximately 10 team members, we operate in a fast-paced environment, so we appreciate a flexible mindset and a strong team spirit.
Your mission
As a Treasury Manager, you will:
- Oversee the Group’s liquidity globally and report to relevant stakeholders
- Plan and manage the centralized cash in accordance with the investment policy
- Proactively seek to increase the Group’s centralized liquidity though relevant initiatives, focusing on countries with restrictions
- Monitor markets and countries, executing both external and internal financial market transactions
- Participate in the financing process of Group companies
- Drive strategic initiatives within Group Treasury
- Continuously improve Treasury processes alongside the team.
While your primary focus will be on liquidity and front office, there will be opportunities to gain experience in other areas within Treasury as well!
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- A strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A true interest in financial markets, instruments and investments.
- Experience from a corporate treasury function.
- Interest in digital transformation and technical innovations within Treasury.
- At least 5 years of experience
