Job Title - Territory Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to boost ATD Business in Nagpur Region, focusing on hydraulic attachments like rock breakers, demolition tools, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales operations (prospecting, application study, negotiation, execution, payment collection)
  • Training and supporting business partner teams in Vidharba, MP and CG
  • Driving growth with key accounts and retail market
  • Team leadership and coordination with aftermarket and distributor teams
  • Achieving sales targets and enhancing market share
  • Identifying new opportunities and tracking competition
  • Analysing TTM and market share for improvements
  • Supporting reporting manager and marketing team
  • Promoting new products with technical services
  • Effective communication with teams and customers
  • Managing receivables.
  • Handle large retail customers, key accounts, and projects
  • Learn about various hydraulic attachments and their applications
  • Develop dealer management and man management skills
  • Boost your personality and professional growth

 

Education Qualification:

 

  • B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Machinery/Metallurgy/Mining or Diploma with 8+ years of experience in Hydraulic Excavators / Attachments
  • 5+ years of sales experience in construction/mining equipment industry
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (written, spoken, listening)
  • Key Focus Areas: Quarry belts, Contractors, and Hirers
  • Territory: Vidharba, MP and CG
