Job Responsibility:

We are seeking an AI Development Engineer – if you meet the following qualifications, we welcome you to join our team!

Design, develop, and maintain an NLP-based intelligent dialogue system capable of automated responses, intent recognition, and multi-turn conversations.
Integrate Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) modules to optimize voice interaction experience.
Continuously iterate models based on user feedback to improve intent recognition accuracy and user satisfaction.
Develop an automated document translation system with format-aware localization for technical manuals.
Implement a centralized terminology database for domain-specific term consistency.
Enhance post-editing workflows to streamline formatting adaptation and readability optimization
Deploy AI models to production, monitor system performance, and address engineering challenges such as latency and concurrency.
Explore applications and fine-tuning strategies for large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) in customer service and translation scenarios.
Collaborate closely with product and support teams to refine requirements and develop technical solutions.
Document technical specifications to standardize AI capability delivery

Knowledge / Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or a related field.
2-3 years of AI/NLP development experience, with a proven track record in end-to-end project implementation.
Minimum CET-4 level, able to interpret technical materials effectively.

Personality Requirements:

RESTful API Design: Proficient in Flask/FastAPI development.
DevOps Tools: Experienced with Git/Docker/Kubernetes.
Localization Standards: Familiar with TMX/TBX formats.
LLM Optimization: Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, prompt engineering).
Frontend Basics: JavaScript/React for simple UI development.
Preferred: Call Center system integration experience.
