Mission 使命：

1. 协助生产主管强化产线安全管理，积极参与持续改进，共创安全、合规、高效的工作环境。

Assist the production supervisor in strengthening production line safety management, actively participate in continuous improvement, and jointly create a safe, compliant and efficient working environment;

2. 严格落实产品装配质量管控要求，持续提升装配工艺水平与产品质量稳定性。

Strictly implement product assembly quality control requirements, and continuously improve assembly process level and product quality stability;

3. 精准执行生产计划，保障产品按时、按质、按量交付，满足业务发展需求。

Accurately execute production plans to ensure on-time, quality and quantitative delivery of products to meet business development needs.

Specific Areas of Responsibility 职责明细：

1. 严格遵守国家安全生产法律法规及公司安全管理制度、作业规范，规范操作各类设备与工具.

Strictly comply with national safety production laws and regulations, as well as the company's safety management systems and operating specifications, and operate various equipment and tools in a standardized manner.

2. 按照生产管理团队的统筹安排，高效完成产品的装配、预调试等核心工作，配合整个生产团队达成产出目标。

In accordance with the overall arrangement of the production management team, efficiently complete core work such as assembly and pre-testing of products, and cooperate with the entire production team to achieve output targets.

3. 参与在制品装配过程的质量控制及下线质量检验，主动排查、分析并解决装配过程中出现的技术难题与质量隐患。

Participate in the quality control of work-in-progress assembly process and offline quality inspection, and proactively identify, analyze and solve technical problems and quality hazards arising during the assembly process.

4. 积极响应持续改进倡议，参与工艺优化、效率提升等相关项目，助力产线运营升级

Actively respond to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in projects related to process optimization and efficiency improvement, and contribute to the operation upgrade of the production line.

5. 完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。

Complete other temporary work tasks assigned by superiors

Hiring Qualification (Equal to permanent employees’) 录用要求：

Education 教育背景:

1. 高职/大专或以上学历。电气，机械，机修专业优先。

Vocational college / Junior college or above. Majors in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and mechanical maintenance are preferred

Skills / Knowledge / Experience 技能/知识/工作经验:

1. 一年以上相关行业工作经验。

At least 1 year of relevant mechanical assembly experience

2. 熟悉设备装配工艺流程，能看懂装配图纸并按标准作业指导书作业。

Familiar with mechanical assembly processes, able to read assembly drawings and work with standard operating procedures accordingly.

3. 具备基础的质量控制工具使用能力与问题分析解决能力。

Basic ability to use quality control tools and analyze/solve problems.

4. 具备电工证(低压-高压)，或者其他专业技能认证的优先

Candidates with electrician certificate (low to high voltage) or other professional skill certifications are preferred

5. 具备基础的英文听说读写能力

Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
