Taking the company's production strategy as the core, integrate lean production concepts, coordinate the efficient operation of teams and the whole process management and control of outsourcing. Through standardized management, optimal allocation of resources, team empowerment and waste elimination, ensure the achievement of the four core goals of efficiency, quality, cost and safety in production and outsourcing delivery, build a stable, efficient and lean production and outsourcing system, promote the continuous optimization of production processes, and support the company's business development and market competitiveness improvement.
Specific Areas of Responsibility 职责明细:
- 严格遵守国家安全生产法律法规及公司各项管理制度、确保生产班组和外包管理工作合规有序开展。
Strictly abide by national work safety laws, regulations and various company management systems to ensure compliant and orderly production team and outsourcing management.
- 统筹生产班组的日常生产运营,基于精益生产理念,根据生产计划,合理分配班组人力、物料、场地资源,推进生产流程优化、消除生产浪费(如待料、过度加工等),确保生产任务按时、按质、按量完成。
Oversee the daily production and operation of the production team. Based on lean production principles and production plans, reasonably allocate manpower, materials and site resources, promote production process optimization, eliminate waste (such as material waiting, over-processing, etc.), and ensure production tasks are completed on time, with qualified quality.
- 严格执行生产工艺标准、安全操作规程和质量检验规范,监督员工规范操作,及时发现并纠正生产过程中的不规范行为,杜绝返工、报废及安全事故发生。
Strictly implement production process standards, safety operation procedures and quality inspection specifications; supervise employees to operate in a standardized manner; timely identify and correct non-standard behaviors in the production process; and prevent rework, scrap and safety accidents.
- 参与生产计划的制定与复盘,结合班组生产能力和外包产能,提出合理的生产调整建议,协助计划部门和生产经理优化生产计划。
Participate in the formulation and review of production plans, provide production adjustment suggestions based on team capacity and outsourcing capacity, and assist the planning department and production manager in optimizing production plans.
- 负责班组员工的管理,包括考勤、岗位职责分配、技能矩阵发展、绩效考核,搭建高效协作的班组氛围,提升员工操作技能和工作积极性,降低员工流失率。
Be responsible for the management of teams, including attendance, job responsibility assignment, skill matrix development, and performance appraisal; build a highly cooperative team atmosphere, improve employees’ operational skills and work motivation, and reduce employee turnover.
- 负责生产相关数据的统计与分析,包括班组生产效率、产品合格率、外包交付率、物料损耗率等,形成报表,为管理决策和精益优化提供数据支持。
Be responsible for the statistics and analysis of production-related data, including team production efficiency, product pass rate, outsourcing delivery rate, material loss rate, etc., and generate reports to provide data support for management decisions and lean optimization.
- 收集班组生产过程中的问题(如工艺瓶、员工诉求等),结合精益生产理念,及时汇总并协调解决,推动生产流程持续改善(CI),定期组织班组会议,通报生产进度、质量情况及精益改善方向。
Collect problems from workshop (such as process bottlenecks, employee demands, etc.), summarize and coordinate solutions in a timely manner based on lean production, promote continuous improvement (CI) of production processes, organize regular team meetings to report production progress, quality status and lean improvements.
- 协同工艺,质量、技术等部门开展质量改进、工艺优化工作,推动生产工艺和外包产品质量,成本,效率的持续改进。
Collaborate with process, quality, technical and other departments to carry out quality improvement and process optimization, and promote continuous improvement in production process, outsourcing product quality, cost and efficiency.
- 统筹外包订单的执行管控,对接外包供应商,下达生产指令,跟踪外包生产进度,及时协调解决外包过程中的物料、工艺、质量等问题,确保外包产品按时交付。
Oversee the execution and control of outsourcing orders; communicate with outsourcing suppliers, issue production instructions, track outsourcing production progress, and timely coordinate and solve problems related to materials, processes and quality during outsourcing to ensure on-time delivery of outsourcing products.
- 完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Hiring Qualification (Equal to permanent employees’) 录用要求:
Education 教育背景:
- 本科及以上学历,工业工程、生产管理、机电相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience 技能/知识/工作经验:
- 3年以上生产管理或外包管理相关工作经验。
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in production management or outsourcing management.
- 熟悉离散型装备行业生产工艺流程,具备一定的生产实操认知,了解各类生产物料、设备的特性及应用。
Familiar with the production process of the discrete equipment industry, with certain cognitive of production operation, and understanding of the characteristics and applications of various production materials and equipment.
- 具备较强的生产计划统筹能力和精益生产意识,能合理分配资源,把控生产进度,优化生产流程,消除浪费,提升生产效率。
Strong capability in production planning and coordination, with solid knowledge of lean production, be able to reasonably allocate resources, control and optimize production processes, eliminate waste, and improve production efficiency.
- 具备较强的成本意识,能通过优化班组管理、外包合作模式,降低生产成本和外包成本。
Strong cost awareness; able to reduce production and outsourcing costs by optimizing team management and outsourcing cooperation models.
- 熟练的英文听说读写能力。
Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
