AtR Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting to Reporting accountant for the Regional Center of Excellence Finance in China. The role will be reporting to the AtR & Tax Manager. The main responsibilities of the position are as the below:

-    Be overall responsible for required group reports and local statutory reports
-    Prepare monthly accounting schedule, review open items to ensure a healthy balance sheet
-    Be valuable advisor to Accounting to Reporting manager to support him/her for continuing process improvement and internal control enhancement
-    Be responsible for the bridging between group report and PRC report
-    Take overall responsibility of all local statistics reports for the entity
-    Act as super user of ERP system and validate financial result
-    Be coordinator to all internal & external audit
-    Be responsible for G/L booking and reporting and yearly stocktaking
-    Safeguard accounting document archiving
-    Support Accounting to Reporting manager for all the related hot issues and follow up the actions & solutions
-    Strictly abide by safety production regulations and operating procedures

Experience requirements:
-    At least 4-year experience in accounting or reporting area and 2 years worked as GL accountant
-    Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard 
-    Work experience of ERP system (SAP, M3 and/or other ERP system)

Knowledge / Educational requirements:
-    University degree with a major in Finance & Accounting, or Business Administration 
-    Have good analytical capability
-    Fluent English in both writing and speaking
-    Good communication skill
