Main job content:
45% in business analysis:
- Prepare the financial analysis reports and conducting profound financial analysis to improve business profitability
- Take initiative to follow up the product cost development and to pursue the sustainable cost efficiency of the responsible business line
- Support to set up the internal control system, document and implement improvement for the company
- Prepare business plan & expectancy, effectively follow up business goals and performance, provide early warning when deviating from the plan
- Support working capital management with relevant, quality-assured, and ad-hoc analysis
45% in credit control:
- Responsible for customer master data management and trade compliance screening
- Implement proper credit control management for sales orders according to company’s credit control policy
- Follow up the AR collection in bank system and complete the booking in ERP system on daily basis
- Prepare monthly AR aging and analysis report, timely communicate with salesman to address overdue AR, perform regular AR reconciliation with customer
- Handle other credit control related affairs, including issue VAT invoice, issue guarantee, etc.
10% others:
- Closely work with business department, to drive the new ways of working and dare to think new.
- Handle the ad hoc projects assigned by Business Controller / Business Line Manager
- Coordinate with external and internal audit
Knowledge, Education & Qualifications:
· Have 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis or any other relevant equivalent experience.
· Strong background in finance/accounting.
· Previous experience in internal control is an asset.
· Experience with ERP systems and ERP deployments would be an asset.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Strong analytical skills , detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
· Motivated by quality and excellence
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Chinese and English
· Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
· Travelling is required for this position
