Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Working in close cooperation with Accounting, Financial Reporting to be provided by Accounting Center by Share (ACBS)/Infosys to ensure accurate and timely financial reports in conformance with Group practices and procedures
• Prepare and analyze the financial and business information to support management and decision-making processes, including the daily following up report and the monthly scheduled report and forecasts, monthly scorecard review etc.
• Actively involved in internal process discussion to establish or improve internal control procedures
• Provide finance and tax support to branch offices
• Maintain the Prokura database for the Company
• Manage the fixed assets of the company
• Provide pertinent information/reports for use by all levels of management
• Managing and executing one-off task or project as assigned by the Business Controller
• Follow the company policies as stated in The Epiroc Way, including the Business Code of Conduct and Compliance issues
• Having astute safety awareness and comply with safety regulations of Company and customer sites

Experience requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience in a financial management position

Knowledge / Educational requirements:

• University degree with a major in Finance & Accounting, or Business Administration
• Have good analytical capability
• Be able to work both independently and in teams and to absorb a high workload
• Strong concern for quality and accuracy
• Fluent in English is a must
