The role - What are the main tasks and responsibilities of this job?

• Send forecast and release PO proposals to supplier.
向供应商发送计划预测和订单需求；• Monitor & solve action messages in ERP;
监控系统中的订单状态并根据代码涵义做相应动作；
• Be the daily contact person towards our suppliers and regarding shortage in production.
根据生产需求随时与供应商保持沟通，确保生产无缺料；
• Chase, monitor & enter PO confirmations in ERP;
跟踪订单，并在系统中确认订单交期；
• Keep the planners updated about shortages.
缺件状态及时反馈给计划员；
• Communicate with team manager / planner about things that seems incorrect (e.g. PO proposals, stock levels, safety stock issues, faulty BOM, etc);
采购员在对一些基础数据（如下单建议，库存等级，安全库存，物料BOM）认为数据有误的时候要及时反馈给团队经理/计划员
• Report supplier issues to manager/sourcing dept. (e.g. poor delivery performance, prolonged lead time, poor PO confirmation, etc);
将供应商出现的问题报告给经理/Sourcing部门（交货执行情况较差，拖延交货，订单交期不及时回复，等）
• Solve PO:s with errors: missing price, faulty qty received, lost PO, payment due, etc;
解决订单以下错误：没有价格，收货数量差异，订单丢失，付款超期，等；
• Call off and track material delivery to meet material demand requirement.
追踪料件的到货日期以满足生产需求；
• Maintain and track the procedure on missing parts claim and meet production schedule.
根据生产日程维护和跟踪不合格品处理进程；
• Prioritize between different PO:s together with supplier, also negotiate regarding partial delivery
与供应商协商好各订单的交货先后次序，必要时需与供应商商谈分批交货；
• Update minimum stock to balance the delivery and inventory, resolve the disposition of obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
控制到货时间尽可能的将库存维持在最低水平，处理长期库存和呆滞品；
• Follow requirement of quality, safety and environment system in company
遵守公司的质量、安全、环境体系要求
• Active participation in the materials and manufacturing cost reduction effort
积极的参与降低生产成本和物料成品的工作中；

Competences, skills and experience - What critical competences, skills and experience is required for a candidate to be successful in this position?

• University degree ( or equivalent ), major in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, International Trade is preferred.
大学学历（或更高）,采购管理、供应链管理、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先。• Proficient in using Excel (functions, pivot tables, data visualization, etc.), ERP and other systems and office software, with strong data processing, analysis and visualization capabilities, and able to identify improvement opportunities in procurement cost optimization and inventory control through data mining.
熟练使用Excel（函数、透视表、数据可视化等）、ERP等系统及办公软件，具备较强的数据处理、分析及可视化能力，能通过数据挖掘发现采购成本优化、库存管控等方面的改进空间。
• Have basic legal knowledge, and be able to effectively avoid procurement risks; understand the market situation, material characteristics and technical standards of the purchased categories.
具备基础法务知识，能有效规避采购风险；了解所采购品类的市场行情、物料特性及技术标准
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities, logical judgment capabilities and problem-solving capabilities, and be able to carry out cross-departmental collaboration efficiently.
具备较强的沟通协调能力、逻辑判断能力及问题解决能力，能高效开展跨部门协同工作。
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and pressure resistance, and be able to adapt to work scenarios such as order fluctuations and emergency procurement.
具备良好的责任心、细节把控能力及抗压能力，能适应订单波动、紧急采购等工作场景。
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.
优秀的中文和英文的口语和读写能力。
• 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience, familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management knowledge, experience in material procurement in manufacturing industry is preferred
1-3年采购相关工作经验，熟悉采购流程及供应链管理知识，有制造业物料采购经验者优先。
