Cashier

We are looking for a cashier for the Regional Center of Excellence Finance in China. The role will be reporting to the AtR & Tax Manager. The main responsibilities of the position are as the below:
- Be responsible for preparing payment documents and making urgent/regular payments with timeliness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Order to Cash accountant to collect foreign currency receipts.
- Be responsible for the issuance, endorsement, discount, and follow-up of Bank Acceptance Drafts
- Manage the verification of foreign currency receipts and payments in State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), prepare related reports.
- Coordinate with bank and group treasury for treasury related matters such as payments, collections, cash pool, cash forecast, etc.
- Upload Feba in SAP daily and send bank statements to team members in time.
- Be valuable advisor to manager to support continuous process improvement and internal control enhancement.
- Support all internal & external audit related to the position.
- Safeguard accounting document archiving.
- Strictly follow the standard operating procedures and processes.
Experience requirements:
- At least 2-years of working experience as cashier or general accountant
- Good understanding of Chinese Accounting Regulations, International Accounting Standard, SAFE regulations in China
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, M3 and/or other ERP system
Knowledge / Educational requirements:
- University degree with a major in Finance & Accounting, or Business Administration
- Have good analytical capability.
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
- Good communication skill
