EES BD Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the layout of the EES product portfolio in light of local market demands in China, including cable maintenance services, power infrastructure, and electrification conversion solutions for drilling rigs and LHD equipment. Support business development plans and product portfolio optimization to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the Chinese market.
• Conduct in-depth market research in accordance with corporate overall strategy, deliver forward-looking planning and key strategic recommendations for EES product R&D, and ensure product offerings fully align with market needs and drive sustainable business growth.
• Drive the implementation of product upgrading solutions, collect on-site operational feedback, and collaborate closely with technical teams to improve the reliability and cost-effectiveness of electrification transformation solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry dynamics, compile in-depth analysis reports, and propose targeted countermeasure strategies.
• Analyze industry policies and regulatory orientations, including mine carbon reduction targets, emission standards and green mine specifications, identify early-stage market opportunities, and develop customized customer solutions accordingly.
• Execute comprehensive market research, provide data-driven pricing strategies and actionable plans for market share expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain long-term partnerships with key customers, fully track and manage customers’ electrification transformation roadmap, and ensure end-to-end project delivery.
• Assist the sales team in product application promotion and technical communication support for key projects.
• Lead end-to-end coordination and delivery of major EES projects, ensure successful handover of benchmark projects, and summarize replicable experience and best practices.
• Act as the primary owner for the EES business, rapidly respond to critical quality incidents and customer complaints, and drive closed-loop improvement and corrective actions.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in mining, construction machinery, electrical equipment or related industries.
• Familiarity with mining and heavy equipment on-site operations is highly preferred.

Knowledge / Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering or related disciplines is preferred.
• Good presentation skills with strong leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in English communication and skilled in computer office applications.
