Position Objective

Responsible for design and development of electrical systems focusing on power infrastructure, grid connection, and EV charging solutions. Support global R&D and local projects, ensuring compliance with international standards.


Main Accountabilities

1. Power Infrastructure System design and integration
- Design LV/MV distribution, substations, and power systems
2. Grid Connection Engineering
- Perform load flow, voltage, short circuit and safety analysis
3. EV Charging system development and Integration
- Support charging systems development and applications
4. Standards Compliance
- Ensure IEC/UL/CSA compliance
5. Project Support
- Support execution, testing, commissioning
6. Communication
- Collaborate with global teams
7. Continuous Improvement
- Drive efficiency and optimization
8. SHEQ
- Ensure safe design practices


Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering

3–8 years experience in power systems, grid connection, or EV charging system. Familiarity with PLM tools (Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill) and project tracking software (JIRA, Asana, etc.).


Key Competencies

- Power systems and grid expertise

- Knowledge of international standards (IEC, UL)

- Experiences with ETAP, PSCAD or other electrical system analysis tools

- Strong English and Chinese communication skills

- Problem solving and teamwork
