Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

-    Machine start up and commission on-site in conjunction with provide professional training on equipment operation 、maintenance points and service agreement promotion.
-    Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting either by phone or on site.
-    Handle machine warranty issue, evaluate and validate claims and submit service reports to support claims. Feedback machine quality related issues to support product enhancement.
-    Maintain up-to-date records of required materials，Consistently maintain machine running information to support fleet management.
-    Fix on-site problem as required, including technical solution maintenance proposal
-    Support Parts and Capital Sales.
-    Collect and feedback site customer typical service requirement.
-    Having astute safety awareness and comply with safety regulations of company and customer sites.

Requirements:

-    Technology College in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and Automation or other relevant major. Electrician certification will be plus points.
-    Computer literate with practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
-    Basic English ability.
-    Work under the requirements of Epiroc Way.
-    Hard struggle and be realistic and pragmatic.
-    Good communications with customers and colleagues.
-    Self-starter, driven by results achievement.
-    Efficient, can work under pressure.
