Mission：

ž   Make sure GIA UMR Production actions meets GIA UMR production strategy and customer requirement.

ž   Lead GIA UMR Production team, ME \ EPS \ Assembly and quality development and meet the target.

 

Job responsibility:

ž   Responsible for GIA UMR production team, people development

ž   Responsible for GIA UMR P- BOM

ž   Responsible for GIA UMR products master data

ž   Responsible for production CN release, support manufacture improvement

ž   Responsible for SOP and testing instruction manual

ž   Responsible for EPS implementation and fixture design for production improvement

ž   Responsible for production efficiency development

ž   Work with R&D, feedback ME and production Kaizen, support products improvement

ž   Support GIA UMR products localization project

ž   Support KA application

ž   Others

 

Experience:

ž   At least 3 years’ experience

ž   ME and production experience

ž   Leadership

ž    

Education/Knowledge:

ž    BS Engineering degree required

ž    Computer Skills Required – MS Office Suite, Access database development, MRP systems ( M3, etc.) and data extraction

ž    Fluency in English required.
