Role Purpose:
In line with Epiroc's mission to lead the transformation towards greater productivity and sustainability in our industry, we have established Electrification Solutions (EES) to focus exclusively on advancing electrification. EES supports customers throughout their electrification journey—from initial simulations to deployment, implementation, and scaling. The acquisitions of Meglab and JTMEC have further enhanced our ability to support with the critical infrastructure needed to electrify mining operations.

As Global Product Manager for Electrical Infrastructure, you will lead a strategic segment of Epiroc's electrification portfolio, which includes power distribution products, cable solutions, and energy optimization services. Your mission is to develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs, enhance competitiveness, and support Epiroc's growth in electrification.

This role demands a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and marketing experience. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (including JTMEC, Meglab, R&D, and regional teams) and external partners to shape the global infrastructure offering, scale local innovations, and support sales teams in promoting and delivering impactful solutions.

Business Leadership:

  • Own and grow a selected area of the electrical infrastructure portfolio.

  • Shape business models, pricing strategies, and frame agreements.

  • Maintain close engagement with regional business managers (RBMs), customer centres (CCs), and strategic partners to align offerings with market needs.

Strategy & Product Planning:

  • Analyse market segments, customer applications, and competitive landscape.

  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on feasibility and attractiveness.

  • Develop a 3–5 year product roadmap in collaboration with the EES Marketing team.

Product Development & Launch:

  • Build business cases and secure product board approvals.

  • Set functional and technical specifications, and oversee development with R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing.

  • Lead launch planning and ensure timely delivery.

  • Create compelling customer value propositions and support marketing communications.

Sales & After-Sales Support:

  • Train Sales teams and provide high-quality sales materials.

  • Support sales activities including customer visits, campaigns, and exhibitions.

  • Monitor product performance and total cost of ownership (TCO).

  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and proactive innovation.

  • Ensure product safety, quality, and competitiveness post-launch.

Competencies:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in product management.

  • Background in mining or electrical infrastructure.

  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or commercial experience.

  • Familiarity with technology development and financial analysis.

  • Experience in global, cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of EES product line is advantageous.

  • Educational background is flexible.

Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of electrical infrastructure.

  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or commercial activities.

  • Collaborative team player with ability to work across all levels of the organization: skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building.

  • Structured communicator with ability to synthesize complex information and present to stakeholders.

  • Self-driven, hands-on, and passionate about scaling businesses.

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
