Mission
- Contribute to the customer acceptance, satisfaction and profitability of Epiroc machines;
- Support Product Company by providing engineering evaluations & recommendations for new product development and engineering analysis & recommendations for product improvement.
- To achieve excellent support to customers and Customer Centers in Africa for PC Nanjing product
Specific Areas of Responsibility
- Global technical and service support for the Surface and underground drilling products produced in PC Nanjing.

- Technical support over phone, mail, Jira, at CC and on site
- Perform startup and commissioning on customer sites.
- Perform product, simulator and any other training for PCs, CCs and customers.
- Perform installations where applicable
- Support functional and field test of new development projects if needed.
- Participate in field product quality improvement (FSM,CPI,PS)
- Proactive customer visit and communication
- Perform technical level certification training.
- Support Chinese Customer /contractors in EMEA region
- To be the bridge between local CCs and PC from technical service perspective.
Hiring Qualification
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with equivalent technical knowledge and proven track record.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- With at least 5 years' experience of machine service or design & development, have a thorough understanding of equipment operation and maintenance, preferably within the mining and construction industry.
- Be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Analytical and experienced in troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of underground RCS is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of PLC and electrical controls
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Excellence in English both written and orally.
