Are you ready?

Job Responsibilities:

  1. On-site inspection of failed mechanical parts, hydraulic components, drive motors; identify wear, deformation, crack, corrosion and winding failure root causes.
  2. Draw up laser rebuild schemes: material matching, laser cladding parameters, pre/post heat treatment, machining allowance design, complete surface restoration of worn shafts, bearing seats, gear faces.
  3. Conduct whole motor overhaul work: disassembly, winding testing, insulation replacement, rotor dynamic balance, bearing replacement, assembly and performance bench test.
  4. Operate and debug laser remanufacturing equipment, optimize laser power, scanning speed, powder feeding parameters to improve repair yield and reduce material waste.
  5. Complete post-repair precision machining, dimensional inspection, hardness and wear resistance testing, record all technical data and compile repair SOP.
  6. Troubleshoot abnormal quality problems in laser repair and motor overhaul; provide technical guidance for workshop operators.
  7. Count repair material consumption, optimize remanufacturing cost; archive failure analysis reports, process records and inspection documents.
  8. Cooperate with production and maintenance teams to improve repair cycle and extend service life of recycled mechanical parts and drive motors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical & Electronic Engineering, Material Forming or related disciplines.
  2. 2+ years relevant experience: laser cladding/remanufacturing, mechanical part repair, industrial motor overhaul; heavy machinery / mining equipment industry background preferred.
  3. Master laser remanufacturing process, familiar with metal powder cladding, surface repair, precision turning/milling post-processing.
  4. Skilled in motor structure, winding detection, dynamic balance, insulation treatment and motor performance testing standards.
  5. Able to read mechanical drawings, use calipers, micrometers, hardness tester and other measuring tools for dimensional & performance verification.
  6. Proficient in analyzing mechanical failure, strong on-site problem solving, rigorous logic, good hands-on and communication ability.
