Mission
To work closely with the GM of Customer Center (CC) Epiroc China and CC management teams to communicate, develop and execute HR strategies that foster a customer-centric, high-performing, compliant, inclusive and engaging culture. The HR Manager shall also partner with the divisions and HR teams, to drive initiatives in talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and leadership development to energize business growth and sustainable development of the company.
Focuses:
- Translate the Epiroc Group and CC China business strategies and goals into HR strategy, program and priorities
- Design and implement talent and leadership development initiatives to fit the future needs of talents
- Drive a customer-centric, high-performing, inclusive and ethical culture throughout the organization
- Plan and run internal and external communications to build a stronger Epiroc brand in the local community
Main responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the management team, providing expert HR guidance and support on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and priorities.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions for talent and organizational challenges.
- Develop and implement talent strategy and refine it to help CC teams consistently enhance its core competitiveness and build talent advantages.
- Collaborate with ESEA RCoE to foster a “One HR” approach, including end-to-end talent acquisition for the assigned business units, ensuring we attract and select right talents for the company.
- Drive the talent review and succession planning process to build a robust pipeline.
- Implement development programs and career opportunities to enhance employee capabilities and support internal mobility.
- Champion the yearly Performance and Development Talk cycle, guiding managers on goal setting, constructive feedback, and development planning.
- Address and manage low performance effectively while recognizing and rewarding high performers.
- Foster a positive work environment and a culture of high engagement, safety, and integrity using tools including My Voice
- Partner with the East & Southeast Asia (ESEA) Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE) team to manage local compensation structures, annual salary review processes, and VC target setting related.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices in line with company policy and market data.
- Maintain and update local HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring fairness and compliance, together with Legal and Compliance function.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in Business Management or Human Resources
- Multi-year experience in a multi-national company, particularly in a managerial position
- Experienced as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or senior manager
