Hardening Operator

Main tasks and responsibilities
1.Receiving, counting, shelving, packing, and shipping of alloy columns.
2.Operation of the hardening process, including loading, abrasive proportioning, screening, etc.
3.Cutting, polishing, and inspection of the hardened alloy.
4.Maintenance and servicing of hardening equipment, as well as hazardous waste disposal.
5.Operation of automatic inspection equipment for sorting alloy columns.
Competences, skills and experience
1. Technical operation skills - Proficient in hardening processes as well as cutting, polishing, and inspection of hardened。
2. Equipment handling & maintenance - Capable of operating automatic sorting/inspection equipment, performing routine maintenance on hardening machinery, and managing hazardous waste disposal.
3. Quality control & attention to detail - Skilled in accurately counting, inspecting, and sorting alloy columns to ensure product consistency and defect detection.
4.Logistics & inventory management - Experienced in receiving, shelving, packing, and shipping alloy columns with proper record-keeping.
5. Safety & compliance awareness - Knowledge of technical confidentiality, waste handling regulations, and strict adherence to process standards.
