Are you ready?

Main tasks and responsibilities:

-    Perform material inspection according the company Quality Management System/ Environment Management System/ Occupational Health and Safety requirement. Mainly responsible for appearance inspection and system operation of incoming material quality inspection (including returned parts).
-    Deal with the nonconformity goods in time.
-    Assist to determine and deal with rust and other difficult parts in delivery (including return parts);
-    Report the inspection results monthly.
-    Perform the inspection in supplier site before delivery if need.
-    Assist the inventory team to identify problem parts, scrap parts and analyze customer claim.
-    Feedback the incoming and abnormal parts in the warehouse, using pictures and emails to reflect problems.
-    Communicate effectively with internal and external departments about the nonconformance found in the inspection.
-    Coordinate outsourcing maintenance and quotation of parts to be repaired.
-    Abnormal parts' maintenance.
-    Simple repair and maintenance of equipment in the warehouse, installation of signs and labels.
-    Other tasks arranged by manager.


Competences, skills and experience: 

-    College degree in Mechanical industry. 
-    Understand the mechanical drawings for complicated steel fabrication parts and major weldments.
-    Be familiar with the standards and the measurement instruments/tools of the mechanical industry.
-    Familiar with warehouse and logistics business process and specification, familiar with 5S (SEIRI \ SEITON \ SEISO \ SETKETSU \ SHITSUKE).
-    Be good at operating forklift and have certificate of Chemical handling will have priority.
-    Familiar with Excel, Word and other Office software.
