岗位使命 (Job Mission):
- 聚焦矿山设备制造工艺全流程,以 “安全、质量、效率” 为核心,通过装配工艺优化、设备测试体系升级、电控与电池技术落地、智能制造推进及精益生产深化,实现生产成本降低与客户满意度提升,支撑公司新产线建设与新产品量产,构建公司矿山装备制造技术优势。
- Focus on the entire manufacturing process of mining equipment, with "safety, quality, and efficiency" as the core. Through the optimization of assembly processes, upgrading of equipment testing systems, implementation of electronic control and battery technologies, advancement of intelligent manufacturing, and deepening of lean production, achieve cost reduction and improvement of customer satisfaction, support the company's new production line construction and new product mass production, and build core technological advantages in mining equipment manufacturing.
核心工作职责 (Core Job Responsibilities:
- 装配与测试工艺管理(Assembly and Testing Process Management)
- 主导矿山设备装配工艺设计与迭代,制定装配流程、工装夹具适配方案,解决装配精度偏差、效率瓶颈等问题,提升装配一致性与合格率。
Lead the design and iteration of mining equipment assembly processes, formulate assembly procedures and tooling fixture adaptation plans, solve problems such as assembly precision deviations and efficiency bottlenecks, and improve assembly consistency and qualification rate.

- 搭建整机及核心部件(电控系统、电池组)测试体系,编写测试标准与方案,优化测试设备与流程,缩短测试周期,建立测试数据追溯机制。
Establish a testing system for the entire machine and core components (electronic control systems, battery packs), compile testing standards and plans, optimize testing equipment and processes, shorten testing cycles, and establish a test data traceability mechanism.
2. 电控与电池技术应用(Application of Electronic Control and Battery Technologies)

- 协同研发团队完成电控模块装配、调试工艺制定,确保电控功能稳定;优化电池组装配流程,落地安全防护方案,推动高适配性电池技术在生产中应用。
Collaborate with the R&D team to formulate assembly and commissioning processes for electronic control modules to ensure stable electronic control functions; optimize battery pack assembly processes, implement safety protection plans, and promote the application of highly adaptable battery technologies in production.

- 处理生产中电控、电池相关技术故障,建立故障处理预案,保障生产连续性。
Handle technical failures related to electronic control and batteries in production, establish fault handling plans, and ensure production continuity.
3. 智能制造与数字化推进(Intelligent Manufacturing and Digitalization Advancement)

- 推动自动化设备(装配机器人、智能检测设备)选型与应用,搭建生产过程数字化监控平台,实现装配、测试数据实时可视化。
Promote the selection and application of automated equipment (assembly robots, intelligent testing equipment), build a digital monitoring platform for the production process, and realize real-time visualization of assembly and test data.

- 维护 ERP、Team Center 系统中 BOM、装配工艺、测试数据等核心信息,推动生产数据互联互通,支撑数字化决策。
Maintain core information such as BOM, assembly processes, and test data in ERP and Team Center systems, promote the interconnection of production data, and support digital decision-making.
4. 精益生产与成本优化(Lean Production and Cost Optimization)

- 运用 5S、Kaizen、价值流分析等精益工具,识别生产浪费点,制定改善方案,提升生产效率、缩短交付周期。
Use lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to identify production waste points, formulate improvement plans, improve production efficiency, and shorten delivery cycles.

- 参与工厂布局、物料流转路径优化,降低物流成本;优化工装夹具与设备使用效率,控制制造成本。
Participate in the optimization of factory layout and material flow paths to reduce logistics costs; optimize the utilization efficiency of tooling fixtures and equipment to control manufacturing costs.
5. 新产品落地与生产保障(New Product Launch and Production Support)

- 参与新产品研发转移,同步设计装配、测试工艺,确保新产品按时按质量产;制定并更新装配、测试、电控调试等环节 SOP。
Participate in new product R&D transfer, synchronously design assembly and testing processes to ensure on-time and high-quality mass production of new products; formulate and update SOPs for assembly, testing, electronic control commissioning and other links.

- 协助解决生产现场日常技术问题,严格执行设计变更流程,跟踪变更落地效果。
Assist in solving daily technical problems on the production site, strictly implement the design change process, and track the effect of change implementation.
6. 合规与团队支持(Compliance and Team Support)

- 遵守公司质量、安全、环境(EHS)体系要求,落实矿山设备生产安全防护措施;协助开展一线员工装配技术、测试方法培训。
Comply with the company's quality, safety, and environment (EHS) system requirements, implement safety protection measures for mining equipment production; assist in conducting training on assembly technology and testing methods for front-line employees.

- 贯彻安百拓行为准则,完成上级分配的其他工作。
Implement the Epiroc Way code of conduct and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职资格要求 (Qualification Requirements):
- 教育背景(Educational Background)

- 本科及以上学历,机械电子工程、工业工程等相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields is preferred.
- 工作经验(Work Experience)

- 3 年及以上矿山设备、重型机械制造工程经验,具备装配工艺、设备测试实操经验;有电控调试、电池生产或智能制造项目经验者优先。
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering of mining equipment or heavy machinery, with practical experience in assembly processes and equipment testing; experience in electronic control commissioning, battery production or intelligent manufacturing projects is preferred.
- 专业技能(Professional Skills)

- 熟练使用 Auto-CAD 或其他工程制图软件,精通 MS Office;具备 ERP、Team Center 系统操作能力。
Proficient in using Auto-CAD or other engineering drawing software and MS Office; capable of operating ERP and Team Center systems.

- 熟悉矿山设备装配流程与测试标准,了解电控、电池技术原理;掌握精益生产工具(5S、Kaizen 等),有精益改善项目经验者优先。
Familiar with mining equipment assembly processes and testing standards, and understand the principles of electronic control and battery technologies; master lean production tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.), experience in lean improvement projects is preferred.

- 熟悉 EHS 相关法律法规,具备合规生产意识;了解自动化设备、生产数字化平台应用者优先。
Familiar with EHS-related laws, regulations and requirements, with awareness of compliant production; knowledge of the application of automated equipment and production digital platforms is preferred.
